A LARGE-SCALE PROCESSTECH 2024 MEETUP ON TECHNOLOGIES FOR IMPROVING BUSINESS PROCESS EFFICIENCY TOOK PLACE
On February 28th, in Moscow, the meetup “ProcessTech 2024: Process Mining and Task Mining Technologies for Enhancing Business Process Efficiency” took place. Representatives from 65 major Russian companies, responsible for enhancing business efficiency in their organizations, participated in the event.
The event was organized by Gazprombank.Tech and the Mordovian company Infomaximum, along with the vendor of the active business analytics system, Proceset. The implementation of the product enables companies to assess their current state of affairs, conduct in-depth analysis, and optimize processes/operations across multiple levels simultaneously.
As Alexander Bochkin, Director General of Infomaximum, emphasized, the future lies in working at the intersection of technologies.
“For example, AI capabilities already allow for the automatic generation of dashboards by voice command,” A. Bochkin explained. “This saves time and enables employees without specialized skills to independently and quickly access the necessary information without the need for developing analytical panels. Implementing such an approach significantly increases the number of completed projects.”
