A PROGRAM OF PREFERENTIAL CONSTRUCTION LOANS WILL BE LAUNCHED FOR SEZS
The launch of the program of preferential lending to SEZ management companies for the construction of production buildings is planned in the near future. This was announced by Dmitry Vakhrukov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation at the Eastern Economic Forum within the session «Evolution of preferential regimes in Russia».
– We plan to launch such a program in the near future. The creation of ready-made production facilities will speed up the implementation of investment projects in the SEZ – the business will be able to choose a suitable premises, install equipment and start work, bypassing the lengthy investment and construction phase. We see such a request most of all from the high-tech business, which makes the main contribution to the achievement of technological sovereignty», Vakhrukov noted.
At the same time, he noted that the key goal of preferential regimes is to ensure a balance between investments in infrastructure and revenue shortfalls.
