DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF MORDOVIA BATYR EMEEV ANSWERED QUESTIONS FROM CITIZENS
On February 21, in the “Republic of Mordovia” public group on VKontakte, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Mordovia, Batyr Emeev, answered questions from citizens. He noted that last year nearly 30 investment projects aimed at modernization and production of high-tech products were implemented in the republic. About 600 jobs were created as a result. This year, approximately 15 investment projects in various sectors are at the implementation stage, with investments totaling around 10 billion rubles.
The discussion also touched upon the results of the delegation from Mordovia's trip to Belarus last autumn. Since then, additional contracts worth almost 300 million rubles have been concluded. One of the priority areas is cooperation with the Minsk Automobile Plant.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Mordovia also emphasized that the issue of personnel shortage is actively being addressed in the republic. Work is being done with students from colleges and technical schools, comfortable conditions are being created in enterprises, salaries are increasing, and so on.
