“LEGAL GUIDE” CONTINUES TO SUPPORT SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES
Recently, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses have been receiving free legal clarifications. This became possible thanks to the launch by the SME Corporation on the Digital Platform of the “Legal Guide” service. With its assistance, entrepreneurs obtain necessary legal information on issues related to starting a business, document processing, concluding contracts, compliance with mandatory requirements, and others that SME entities encounter in their daily lives.
It is worth noting that the Digital Platform for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses was developed by the SME Corporation and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia to enhance the accessibility of services and support measures. The creation and development of the МСП.РФ platform are envisaged within the national project “Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship” initiated by President of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin and supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister, Andrey Belousov.
Testing of the “Legal Guide” has been ongoing since mid-November. A portion of МСП.РФ users received invitations to participate in the beta launch. They could submit legal questions of interest and receive answers, while also reporting any identified issues or errors in the service's operation.
