MORDOVIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION PARTICIPATED IN A STRATEGIC SESSION FOR CATERING ESTABLISHMENTS
On March 21, employees of the Mordovia Development Corporation attended an event held as part of the strategic session “Strategy for a successful restaurant” by Novikov Group.
The speaker of the final training program “Consistent Service Quality is a Component of a Successful Restaurant” was Victoria Filippova, the Head of the training department. The day before, seminars for the audience were conducted by the Director of Development, Olga Strakhova, and the Brand Chef, Alexander Nazarov.
Over the course of two days, more than 120 specialists from catering establishments participated in the strategic session. Among them were regional restaurant and cafe managers, as well as chefs, supervisors, and managers.
Just a reminder that the Mordovia Development Corporation, together with the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Mordovia, acted as co-organizers of this event.
