SARANSK IT COMPANY CREATES THE FIRST RUSSIAN PROCESS MINING SYSTEM
An IT company from Saransk reported on the release of the first Russian process mining Proceset class system. As of today it is the only team in the country that offers an alternative to foreign developments in this area.
“Initially, we were focused on creating a CrocoTime working time monitoring system. This commercially successful product then allowed for a smooth transition to process mining”, - said Alexander Bochkin, General Director of Infomaximum, - “Existing customers helped a lot: communicating with them led to the understanding that the existing business solutions on the IT market are not enough in the modern business world”.
“The process mining Proceset class system can help solve a number of very important tasks, especially for large companies with a big number of workers and hundreds of end-to-end business processes. Having recreated these processes, they can be compared to theoretical (regulated) models and there can be found a great number of deviations”, -explains Alexander Bochkin.
According to the source, the developer carefully studied the Russian software market before picking up such a bold project. Alexander was able to convince the team that the topic will hit the spot and it turned out he was right. The first test implementations were carried out at the development stage, and the team received positive feedback.
In 2019, the Proceset process mining class system created in Saransk was included in the national software registry.
