THE HARVESTING CAMPAIGN HAS STARTED IN MORDOVIA
The harvesting campaign has started in Mordovia. According to the official Internet portal of the state authorities of the Republic of Mordovia, «MAPO Vostok» of the Atyashevsky district and «Vozrozhdenie M» of the Kovylkinsky district were the first to start threshing bread.
This year, 470,000 hectares of grain and leguminous crops are to be harvested. 1 175 combine harvesters will be involved in grain harvesting in Mordovia.
The state of agricultural crops in the republic is assessed as good, the phases of plant development correspond to the deadlines. The forecast for the harvest this year is optimistic, not less than last year.
Recall that in 2022, a record grain harvest for Mordovia was obtained (1 million 763 thousand tons).
