THE PODUCTION OF ICE CREAM HAS STARTED IN MORDOVIA
“Oktyabrskaya” farming company has launched the production of ice cream. During the opening ceremony, the Head of Mordovia Vladimir Volkov pointed out that the start of ice-cream production is very significant for the republic.
Vladimir Volkov: About ten years ago, there was an ice-cream production in Mordovia. It is our policy that we produce all the necessary goods within our republic.
Ivan Andin, Director General of “Oktyabrskaya” farming company told about ice-cream manufacturing process. The production capacity of one automated line is up to six thousand ice creams per hour. At the moment the company produces 11 different kinds of ice creams. One ice cream weighs 70 grams.
According to Ivan Andin, the ice cream is made of ecologically clean, natural ingredients that make the taste so special. In future, the company may propose a greater variety of sweet products.
The same day the company has launched another workshop for canned meat production with the production capacity of up to six thousand cans per hour. The product is very popular as far as people find it convenient to take it to picnics and when they go to the countryside.
