THE VOLUME OF BUSINESS FINANCING IN MORDOVIA HAS INCREASED SIGNIFICANTLY
Thanks to the national project “Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative”, which was initiated by the President of the Russian Federation and supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov, in 2023 there is a significant increase in financial support for regional businesses.
The volume of financing within the National Guarantee System (NGS) has almost doubled this year and amounted to almost 2.3 billion rubles. Thus, with an indicator of 119%, Mordovia is among the country’s leaders in growth, ranking 14th.
Recall that a multi-level guarantee system, along with preferential programs, makes it possible to facilitate lending to the sector, including banking products. Positive dynamics indicate the demand and effectiveness of the instrument: the volume of financial support in Russia within the framework of the NGS for 9 months of 2023 increased by 57% compared to the same period last year. In addition, from 2019 to 2022, the consolidated volume of financial support within the NGS increased by 90%; in 2022, the number of recipients increased by more than 4 times compared to 2019.
