BUSINESS IN MORDOVIA RECEIVED ALMOST ONE AND A HALF BILLION RUBLES OF PREFERENTIAL INVESTMENT LOANS

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation summed up the results of the implementation of the preferential loan program “1764” for 10 months of 2023, which is being implemented within the framework of the national project “Small and Medium-sized Enterprises”.

The delegation of the Mordovia Development Corporation, headed by Acting Director General Aleksandr Kolpashchikov, takes part in the Region Day at the International Exhibition-Forum “Russia”. It consisted of six people, including the heads of PPP, legal direction and project support.

MORDOVIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TOOK PART IN THE VI INTERREGIONAL PPP FORUM

Employees of the Mordovia Development Corporation took part in the VI Interregional Forum on Public-Private Partnership. The event took place on November 27 and 28 in Kazan. At the forum the cases of using the PPP mechanism in various sectors, including education, healthcare, sports, housing and communal services and road infrastructure were reviewed. The issue of using the offset contract mechanism has not gone unnoticed.

THE VOLUME OF BUSINESS FINANCING IN MORDOVIA HAS INCREASED SIGNIFICANTLY

Thanks to the national project “Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative”, which was initiated by the President of the Russian Federation and supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov, in 2023 there is a significant increase in financial support for regional businesses. The volume of financing within the National Guarantee System (NGS) has almost doubled this year and amounted to almost 2.3 billion rubles. Thus, with an indicator of 119%, Mordovia is among the country’s leaders in growth, ranking 14th.

PARTICIPANTS OF THE EXHIBITION-FORUM “RUSSIA” WILL DISCUSS THE INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF MORDOVIA

On November 30, 2023, on the Day of the Republic of Mordovia, a discussion platform on the topic “Investment attractiveness of the Republic of Mordovia” will be held in Moscow as part of the International Exhibition-Forum “Russia”.

MEASURES TO SUPPORT SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES WERE DISCUSSED IN INSAR

A meeting of the district business with representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Mordovia and relevant departments was held in Insar. Entrepreneurs learned about financial and non-financial government support measures, as well as the possibilities of guarantee assistance. This information has received a positive response. Representatives of the district business shared their existing experience in using them.

"MOM-ENTREPRENEUR" FROM MORDOVIA PASSED THE FEDERAL STAGE OF THE COMPETITION

For the first time in 10 years, participants from all over the country will compete for the main prize of the “Mom-Entrepreneur” program. For the federal stage of the program, an expert jury selected 30 best projects among the projects of graduates of previous years and finalists of this year’s regional stage. Among them, the winner from Mordovia is Elena Alekseeva, who presented a business project to open preparatory courses in architecture and design for students wishing to enter a university.

IGOR KOMAROV AND ARTYOM ZDUNOV DISCUSSED THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF MORDOVIA

On November 21, a working meeting between the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov, and the Head of the Republic of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov, took place at the House of the Republic. The Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Moldova, Anatoly Gulin, took part in the meeting. Issues of socio-economic development of the republic and maintaining socio-political stability in the region were discussed.

THE GOVERNMENT HAS EXPANDED THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PRIORITY SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA "RUZAEVKA"

The borders of the Priority Social and Economic Development Area (PSEDA) “Ruzaevka” have been expanded, which will allow the implementation of new investment projects. PSEDA has been increased from 3,200 hectares to 4,500 hectares. The area of the new investment sites is 500 hectares. The inclusion of new areas in the PSEDA will create conditions for the implementation of investment projects, will attract investors to the republic and will have a positive impact on the socio-economic development of the urban settlement of Ruzaevka and the Ruzaevsky municipal district.

A four-day series of events “My Hospitality Business” has been launched in the capital of Mordovia. THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT HAS EXPANDED THE LIST OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES FOR CONCLUDING SPECIAL INVESTMENT CONTRACTS

The list of modern technologies, during the development or implementation of which companies can enter into special investment contracts with the state (SPIC 2.0), has been replenished with another 69 items. The order was signed by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. According to the official website of the Government of the Russian Federation, the updated list includes technologies that can be used in medicine and pharmaceuticals, the chemical and radio-electronic industries, as well as in power engineering and metallurgy.

MORDOVIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TOOK PART IN A MEETING OF THE PROJECT OFFICE

Mordovia Development Corporation took part in a meeting of the project office for the development of youth tourism in the region. The head of the Center for Support of Social Projects and Tourism Programs, Sergey Kochevatov, took part in the round-table discussion. During the meeting, questions were raised regarding the development of the “Youth Tourism” section of the Tourism Development Strategy in the Republic of Mordovia. At the same time, the creation of a direction of tourist volunteers and the implementation of the “More than a Travel” program, as well as the “Development of Pedestrian Routes” project were discussed.
