A LARGE-SCALE EVENT FOR BUSINESS, ALPHA-CONF PRACTICE, TOOK PLACE IN MORDOVIA
On November 20, an intensive workshop for regional entrepreneurs was held at the Ogarev Arena. Along with business school instructors and owners of the country's largest companies, members of the business community and recipients of state support under the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship national project immersed themselves in real-life cases, business simulators, and practical solutions aimed at taking their businesses to a qualitatively new level.
The opening of the event, with one of Russia's largest banks as the general partner, was attended by Alexey Ezhov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Mordovia, Ivan Gorin, Minister of Economics, Trade, and Entrepreneurship, and Svetlana Bashkova, Regional Manager of the bank.
Several hundred entrepreneurs gained valuable knowledge and practical skills at the free training session, which will help strengthen their market positions. On behalf of the region's leader, Artem Zdunov, Alexey Ezhov addressed the business representatives with a welcoming speech.
Currently, nearly 110,000 people are employed in the small and medium-sized business sector, which is approximately 15,000 more than the figure at the end of 2022. The number of SMEs in the region is approaching 25,000, and there are 30,000 self-employed individuals.
Federal top speakers shared productive business cases with entrepreneurs through concrete examples and practical insights. The presentations were accompanied by a vibrant light show, lively discussions, and networking opportunities.
