A REGIONAL BRANCH OF THE FEDERAL INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY WILL OPEN IN MORDOVIA
A regional branch of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS) will open in Mordovia. The branch will be endowed with full-fledged FIPS functions. This is stated on the official website of The National Research Mordovian State University named after N.P. Ogarev.
It is reported that the creation will simplify the interaction of enterprises of the Volga Federal District, regional patent attorneys and patent experts with the expertise of Rospatent.
The branch will have departments: examination of trademark applications, examination of applications for inventions and utility models and directions for the preparation of patent landscapes.
