Artem Zdunov held a meeting with the management of the Saransk plant Bellit
On July 28, the Head of the Republic of Mordovia, Artem Zdunov, held a meeting with the management of Bellit, a Saransk‑based zinc white plant. Over the past 8 years, the company has grown from a regional startup into one of the leaders in its segment in the Russian market.
The products manufactured by the plant are used in the tire, rubber, paint and varnish, and cable industries, as well as in the production of pharmaceuticals. Currently, the company produces 3,000 tons of zinc oxide per year; the plant’s production capacities allow increasing output to 5,000 tons.
During the meeting, the parties discussed new investment projects, the personnel strategy, and the use of support measures, including those provided through the Industrial Development Fund.
