ASI AND ROSSETI WILL UPDATE THE METHODOLOGY OF THE NATIONAL INVESTMENT RATING
Svetlana Chupsheva, Head of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), and Andrey Ryumin, Director General of PJSC «Rosseti», signed a cooperation agreement. According to the official website of the ASI, it is aimed at updating the methodology of the National rating of the state of the investment climate in the regions of Russia and, in particular, at improving the quality of analysis of the effectiveness of procedures for connecting to infrastructure facilities.
The «Rosseti» Group will present its proposals and take part in the implementation of pilot projects aimed at testing the new methodology in compiling the rating. ASI, for its part, is ready to provide its results with a breakdown of the indicators characterizing the procedures for connecting to power grids for each region.
Recall that in 2022 the National Rating of the investment climate in Russian regions was based on 67 indicators at once: 15 statistical and 52 survey. The final assessment was formed in four areas: the regulatory environment, institutions for business, infrastructure and resources, as well as support for small and medium-sized businesses.
The presentation of the results of the annual survey is traditionally held within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
