ASI PRESENTED A DRAFT OF THE NEW STRUCTURE OF THE NATIONAL RATING
In 2025, the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation will be assessed using an improved methodology. This was reported by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI).
The number of areas for assessment in the ASI National Investment Rating will increase. Instead of four (Regulatory Environment, Institutions for Business, Infrastructure and Resources, Support for SMEs), there will be eight.
Experts will now have to assess regions in such areas as Real Estate, Engineering Networks and Communications, Business Protection, Business Support Measures, Export Activities, Infrastructure and Communications, Human Resources and Labor Resources, Development of the Market and Competition.
The number of rating indicators has also increased accordingly. Previously, there were 70 of them, and now the region will be assessed by 102 indicators, of which 19 are non-rating.
In addition, it is planned that starting next year, ASI will publish the results of all regions participating in the National Rating.
