AT THE HOUSE OF THE REPUBLIC, THE PARTICIPATION OF MORDOVIA IN THE PILOT PROJECT FOR INVOLVING REAL ESTATE IN THE ECONOMIC TURNOVER WAS DISCUSSED

On December 4, the Head of Mordovia, Artem Zdunov, met with Tatiana Gromova, Deputy Head of Rosreestr. The parties discussed the interaction and coordination between Rosreestr, the Roskadastr, and the regional government in the implementation of the Involving Real Estate in the Economic Turnover pilot project.

The Head of Mordovia emphasized the importance of this work for the region: “The property and real estate we have must be included in the economic turnover. If this work is well-organized at the municipal level, it immediately reflects on the growth of the budget's revenue part. When clear and understandable accounting is established, it has a positive impact on the entire economy.”

Tatiana Gromova noted that the republic is one of the 15 regions in the country participating in the pilot project. It is being implemented as part of the state program for the creation of the National Spatial Data System. In this regard, the inclusion of complete and accurate data in the Unified State Register of Real Property (USRRP) is crucial – based on this data, Rosreestr creates digital services for citizens, businesses, and the government. The initiative aims to create a comprehensive and accurate real estate registry, improve the efficiency of land resource use, and enhance the investment potential of the regions.

It was noted that over the past years, the share of unregistered real estate in Mordovia has significantly decreased – from 33.5% in 2021 to 22.4% in 2024. The implementation of the project will help accelerate this process and bring this indicator to a new level.

The republic is also required to enter 15% of data on the boundaries of settlements, with 52% of the boundaries of territorial zones already entered into the USRRP. Additionally, the coverage of cartographic works in Mordovia is 95%. These works are planned to be completed next year. Furthermore, the republic's application for conducting comprehensive cadastral work in the upcoming year, using federal subsidy funds, has been approved. This will cover nearly 52,000 objects and 95 cadastral districts.

During the meeting, preparations for the Mastor-2025 annual interregional land forum were also discussed.
