The Guarantee Fund for Credit Support of the Republic of Mordovia announces an auction for the sale of assets from ZHBK-1 Plant JSC, including real estate (7 items) and equipment (23 items). You can view the detailed list here.
The aforementioned assets are located in the central part of Saransk, offering convenient transport accessibility for both road and rail transportation, with dedicated railway access.
The starting price is 64,613,700.00 RUB.
The auction for the sale of the assets will take place on September 23, 2024, at 14:00.
The auction, open to all participants, will be held on the electronic trading platform of Center for Remote Trading JSC. The auction will proceed by increasing the initial price of the assets by the step amount. The auction step is 5% of the initial price of the lot. Applications to participate in the auction should be submitted via the electronic document management system of the ETP CDT on the website.
