The Mordovian regional branch of JSC Rosselkhozbank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank), announces the sale of the property of IP GCFH Simdyanova I.Y.
By the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Mordovia, IP GCFH Simdyanova I.Y. (TIN 132200072110) was declared bankrupt, bankruptcy proceedings were opened (case no. A39-5632/2018).
The debtor's bankruptcy estate includes:
- Non-residential building with cadastral (conditional) number: 13:22:0114002:5294 (mini-farm for 100 heads), with a total area of 439.2 sq.m.;
- Non-residential utility room with cadastral (conditional) number: 13:22:0114002:5293, with a total area of 48.2 sq.m.;
- The land plot on which the above buildings are located with the cadastral (conditional) number 13:22:0114002:1285, with a total area of 51,000 sq.m., located at the address: Republic of Mordovia, Chamzinsky district, Chamzinka settlement, Sovetskaya str. 69A.
The property is sold at auction through a public offer on the ETP "MATS". Applications are accepted until April 7, 2025 inclusive.
At the same time, it is reported about the possibility of acquiring property through a contract of assignment of rights (claims). The transaction price is determined based on a market value report determined by an independent appraiser from among the Bank's partners.
