ATTENTION! FREE INVESTMENT SITE
Mordovia Development Corporation continues to update the registry of sites available to investors for the implementation of investment projects. The registry can be accessed on the Investment Map of the region.
We recommend paying attention to the investment site located in the industrial zone of Saransk, on the North-Eastern Highway.
Its advantages include not only the location but also the infrastructure:
- The federal highway R-178 “Saransk - Surskoye - Ulyanovsk” is 1.3 km away;
- Owned railway tracks leading to the “Saransk-2” station;
- Available electric power capacity of 22 MW;
- Premises that can be renovated to suit individual needs, with an area of over 50,000 square meters.
You can obtain detailed information about the sites by registering in the “Investor's Cabinet”, or by calling: +7 (927) 640-90-80.
