Business activity center will be built in Ruzaevka
In Mordovia, it is planned to implement the Business Activity Center investment project, which will help increase the availability of financial services in Ruzaevka. The total cost of the project is more than 33.6 million rubles. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in 2026.
The organization's right to receive a land plot for the implementation of an investment project was confirmed at a meeting of the Committee for Improving the Investment Climate in Mordovia.
Please note that in the region, land plots owned by the state or municipal entities are provided for rent without bidding for the implementation of large-scale investment projects. The plots are included in the state programs of Russia, Mordovia, or municipal programs for the integrated socio-economic development of a municipality in accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Land Relations in the Territory of the Republic of Mordovia.
The volume of investments of extra-budgetary funds in the territory of Saransk city district, according to the above-mentioned law, is at least 150 million rubles, in the territory of municipalities - at least 25 million rubles.
Consideration of an application for confirmation of the right of a legal entity to lease a land plot without bidding is carried out in accordance with Decree of the Head of the Republic of Mordovia dated February 10, 2022 No. 49-UG "On the procedure for considering an application for confirmation of the right of a legal entity to lease a land plot without bidding."
