BUSINESSES IN MORDOVIA CAN SELL NON-CORE OR COLLATERAL PROPERTY ON A SPECIAL ONLINE PLATFORM
One of the leading banks in the country has developed the DA Portal platform, which deals with the sale of non-core and collateral property. The project aims to create and maintain electronic services that provide free access to information about property being sold by banks, government structures, industry companies, and leasing firms.
The platform allows entrepreneurs, whether currently engaged in commercial activities or planning to start their own project, to quickly and directly find property for their business without intermediaries.
It is worth noting that thanks to the platform, transactions worth over 63 billion rubles have been concluded. The property is being sold by 61 banks, 13 leasing companies, as well as large industry enterprises and government structures. More than 300,000 investors have already used the service. The weekly audience of the DA Portal exceeds four thousand people.
