DENIS MANTUROV TAKES PART IN THE LAUNCH OF A NEW PRODUCTION AT THE BIOKHIMIK PLANT
During his working trip to the Republic of Mordovia, Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov visited the BIOKHIMIK plant in Saransk, where a new ampoule production was launched.
The new production line will add the highly demanded Enoxaparin, Nadroparin and Dexamethasone to the list of anti-COVID drugs. In general, the company will double the production of drugs in ampoules to 15 million units per month, which is more than 173 million ampoules per year.
“This is only a part of a meaningful development program being implemented by the enterprise until 2025. This program will provide a full production cycle for a wide range of drugs from a molecule to the packaging. Thus, BIOKHIMIK is making an ever greater contribution in solving the strategic issue of reducing Russia’s dependence on the import of medicines,” - said Denis Manturov.
Recall that since 2015 the BIOKHIMIK JSC, a member of the PROMOMED group of pharmaceutical companies, along with the scientific community has developed a number of drugs that fight the infectious diseases.
