"Development of digital technologies of the transport industry" cluster will be created in Mordovia. The personnel training center will be opened in 2026 as part of the federal project "Professionalism" of the national project "Youth and Children". Its base will be the Saransk Automobile Mechanics College.

Five more educational institutions act as network units: Saransk Polytechnic College, Atyashevo Agricultural College, Temnikov Agricultural College, Ruzaevka Technical College of Railway and Urban Transport named after Baykuzov and Zubovo-Polyana Agricultural College.

Partnership agreement was signed by representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Moldova, technical schools and colleges, as well as employers. “Gorelektrotrans”, “BiznesPro”, “Talina” and other enterprises have become partners of the cluster of secondary vocational education in the transport industry of the Republic of Mordovia.

The total investment for the creation of the center will amount to 165 million rubles. Of these, 100 million are federal budget funds, 25 million are regional co-financing. Another 40 million rubles will be allocated by the supporting employers.

With this money, laboratories and workshops in the cluster profile, equipped with modern equipment, will be created at the basic technical school. Teachers will be trained at leading federal sites and partner enterprises.

The creation of the cluster will contribute to the development of the human resources potential of the republic's transport industry and will help provide the republic's leading enterprises with qualified workers.
