Investment project in the Lyambirsky district was discussed in Mordovia Development Corporation
On
September 3, Mordovia Development Corporation held a working meeting dedicated
to the implementation of an investment project in the territory of the
Lyambirsky municipal district. The meeting was attended by representatives of
the Corporation, the initiator of the project and the Head of the Lyambirsky
municipal district, Alexander Belokosov.
The project "Creation of a health and entertainment center" was discussed. Its total investment is over 25 million rubles, and at the stage of full launch of the facility, it is planned to create 10 new jobs for residents of the district.
To date, the investor has already done significant work:
- four gazebo houses have been installed;
- cleaning and landscaping of the territory has been carried out;
- necessary tourist equipment has been purchased;
- access road and parking areas have been filled out.
Plans include large–scale development of the territory: construction of thirty summer gazebos, four all-season houses for living, two bathhouses, an outdoor swimming pool, as well as organization of camping and glamping areas for a comfortable stay for guests.
In order to implement these plans, two key issues were identified: allocation of an additional land plot and provision of electricity supply to the facility. During the productive dialogue, parties discussed in detail the issues that had arisen and outlined specific ways to resolve them in cooperation with relevant structures.
