CZECH REPUBLIC AND MORDOVIA CARRY OUT A MILK WHEY PROCESSING PROJECT

A world leader in membrane cell technology, Czech company chain called MEGA and The center for nanotechnologies and nanomaterials of Mordovia carry out a project for creating an industrial installation and refinement of innovative milk whey processing technology.

MORDOVIA ARENA BECAME ONE OF THE 10 BEST STADIUMS OF THE WORLD

Mordovia Arena became finalist in the best football arenas of the world built in 2018 competition. Out of 27 participating stadiums 3 other Russian arenas also ended up in top ten after the viewers’ voting. They are the stadiums of Samara, Rostov and Volgograd.

Football fans in Saransk will have an opportunity to watch one of the Russian team’s UEFA EURO 2020 qualifying games. The national teams of Russia and San-Marino will meet at the main stadium of Mordovia – Mordovia Arena. The game will take place on 8th of June. MORDOVIA IS ONE OF THE LEADING REGIONS IN MILK PRODUCTION

By 1st of December 2018 the production of milk in Russia reached over 14.8 million tons. Based on the data by Russian Statistics (Rosstat) The DairyNews (specialized on the milk market news) notes that the production of milk on that period of time was 3.7 percent bigger than it was on the same period last year.

HEAD OF THE REPUBLIC OF MORDOVIA DISCUSSED THE ISSUES OF THE FIBER-OPTIC PRODUTION IN SARANSK

Head of the Republic of Mordovia Vladimir Volkov held a business meeting with the CEO of JSC Optovolokonnye sistemy (Fiber-Optic Systems) Andrey Nikolayev. The best exporter of the Republic of Mordovia in 2018 was chosen between small and medium enterprises. Opticenergo company became the winner of the competition for the second time. Export Support Centre of the Republic of Mordovia held the competition for the second year in a row.

NEW SITE FOR RAIL VEHICLES PRODUCTION IN SARANSK

In 2019 it is planned to start the production of innovative rail vehicles in Saransk. The project will provide jobs for up to 600 people. The first production is scheduled for February 2019. Now the company is recruiting staff for the new production that will be established after the modernization of Saransk industrial site of Ruzkhimmash. The company has its own centre for personnel training.

AMENDMENTS TO THE TAX LAWS OF MORDOVIA

At the regular session of the State Assembly of the Republic of Mordovia there were introduced amendments to some tax laws of the Republic of Moldova. They cancel unclaimed tax incentives and benefits, which are considered ineffective according to the results of the assessment carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance of Russia.
