KazanForum-2025: Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin visited the stand of the Republic of Mordovia
On May 15th, together with the head of the region Artem Zdunov, the stand of Mordovia at KazanForum-2025 was visited by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin. The guests were greeted by the soloists of the ethno-folk group Merema.
This year, the products of 20 companies are presented at the republic's exhibition stand. Lighting products are demonstrated by several enterprises at once: the A.N.Lodygin Lighting Sources Research Institute, Reflax-S, Ardatov Lighting Plant and Sunlight, a manufacturer of solar panels. The production of flexible solar modules using Russian technology was launched in Saransk in April this year. The efficiency of the manufactured products is higher than that of many imported analogues: light, thin, but powerful panels can be installed almost anywhere, used in housing and communal services and agriculture. The cable industry was represented at the stand by the companies EM-Cable and Saransk Cable. Playterra is the republic's leading plywood manufacturer, and Lato brought its construction materials to the forum. The Prommetizdeliy plant exhibited industrial metal furniture and storage systems.
The light industry is vividly represented by textile industries, as well as manufacturers of household and toilet soap (halal products) under the brand "EkoTavla" and cosmetic products under the brand "Legends of Mordovia". Traditionally, the products of the Mordovian processing industry, such as confectionery, organically produced cereals, dairy and canned products, and halal meat delicacies, are very popular at Kazanforum.
The Deputy Prime Minister of Russia was also presented with the calling card of Mordovia – unique products made of stained oak by companies Rostr and MORWOOD, as well as products made from natural stones produced by INCRUA.
After the inspection of the stand, a working meeting was held between Artyom Zdunov and Marat Khusnullin. The issues of regional development and the implementation of a number of infrastructure projects were discussed.

Our subjects are widely represented at the newly opened Russia Halal Expo. Each of them demonstrates its unique investment and tourism potential. Among other things, he inspected the stand of Mordovia and held a meeting with the Head of the republic, Artyom Alekseevich Zdunov. My colleague and I discussed and outlined concrete steps for the further socio-economic development of the region. I am confident that the work carried out will give a good impetus to achieving our common goal of improving people's quality of life," said Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
