KAZANFORUM: ARTEM ZDUNOV SPOKE AT THE SESSION “INTERCONNECTION OF SPATIAL DATA, CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNOLOGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TERRITORIES”

The sustainable development of cities and settlements is in close balance with state, public and private interests, with infrastructure development and ecosystem preservation, ensuring a decent standard of living for the population and the quality of the urban environment. Achieving these goals is possible only through comprehensive solutions, both in the short and long term. This topic was discussed at the XV International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum”. Head of Mordovia Artem Zdunov participated as a speaker in the session “Interconnection of spatial data, construction, and technologies in the development of territories”.

The leader of the republic shared the region's successful experience. The republic has almost completely transitioned away from paper document flow – financial institutions, investors and future developers have real-time access to data. This not only allows for convenient construction but also enables the acceptance of construction projects, showcasing their investment attractiveness.

In Mordovia, several areas have been prepared for comprehensive territorial development. To achieve this, the entire regulatory framework has been brought in line with advanced Russian and international standards. Additionally, there is a significant cost advantage for construction in the region.

Artem Zdunov addressed potential foreign investors and developers: “We invite you to collaborate and build in our republic. We ensure the most reliable investor rights, the best regulatory framework, and the best land plots”.

Representatives from several Islamic countries also delivered presentations, sharing their accumulated experience in architecture and construction, urban and infrastructure development, and improving the quality of the urban environment.
