LISMA AND VILED (ST. PETERSBURG) COMBINING ITS ASSETS ON THE BASIS OF MORDOVIAN FACTORY
LISMA, the Saransk Lighting Plant is joining the VI Group LED lighting systems manufacturer (St. Petersburg’s VILED and VILAMP brands) under the control of STORM GROUP investment and industrial company, as said in LISMA’s statement.
The integration project is already being implemented; the production capacities of VI Group have been completely relocated from St. Petersburg to Saransk. The starting-up and adjustment works are currently underway. The main task for the near future is “the earliest possible launch of production in a new location, employee training and technology transfer”. But as the company clarifies, the RND center and the commercial service will continue their work in St. Petersburg.
