Mordovia Development Corporation participated in the meeting of the "NAIDA.Digital" platform
On February 28, employees of the Investment Development Department of the Mordovia Development Corporation took part in the meeting of the "NAIDA.Digital" platform in video conferencing format. The best practices of the regions on digitalization and automation of investment processes were reviewed during the event.
In particular, formation of mechanisms for collecting feedback from investors, creation of personal accounts of investors on investment portals, introduction of CRM systems and digital services for investors were discussed. Development agencies from Tula, Leningrad and Chelyabinsk regions shared their practices.
Along with this, a study on the use of artificial intelligence in the activities of regional development agencies was presented. The study was prepared by the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and NAIDA.
