MORDOVIA ENTERPRISES RECEIVED A NUMBER OF AWARDS AT THE «PRODEXPO-2023» EXHIBITION
«ProdExpo-2023», the largest exhibition of food, beverages and raw materials for their production in Russia and Eastern Europe, was held in Moscow. With the assistance of the Export Support Center of the Republic of Mordovia, a number of companies of the republic took part in the exhibition.
The enterprises of Mordovia received awards following the results of the exhibition. «TKM», a confectionery manufacturer, the competition «Innovative product» and was awarded a gold medal for glazed sweets with a chocolate body. «Cheese Factory «Sarmich» received a gold medal for cream cheese and baked milk. «Cheese Factory «Ichalkovsky» took a gold medal for several cheese positions (Manchego, Gold Gouda, processed cheeses for a mustard burger and chocolate cheese). «Saranskiy Distillers» received 15 awards for its products: 7 gold and 3 silver medals, 2 diplomas of the competition and 3 awards of the special category «Star ProdExpo».
In addition, two organic products made in Mordovia at once became the winners of «ProdExpo Organic-2023». Flakes Buckwheat produced by the «Biosfera» enterprise under the «Arivera» trademark became the best product in the «Already Ready» nomination, and the semi-hard cheese «Kebracho» was recognized as the best cheese by an independent jury.
