Mordovia is expanding the list of land plots for construction
The federal project "Land for Construction", initiated by Rosreestr, continues to be implemented in the Republic of Mordovia. The project, which is part of the state program "National Spatial Data System", provides ample opportunities for both private developers and large construction companies.
As reported by the Rosreestr Office of the Republic of Mordovia, the regional "land bank" includes 753 promising plots with a total area of 3,748 hectares. The largest number of plots (500) are involved in individual housing construction, another 35 territories are allocated for the construction of apartment buildings.
Anyone can apply for a land plot through a special online service. This opens up new opportunities for the development of housing construction in the region and contributes to the formation of a comfortable urban environment.
The Land for Construction project is part of a large-scale program for the country's socio-economic development until 2030 and is aimed at updating infrastructure and creating favorable living conditions for citizens.
