MORDOVIA IS ONE OF THE REGIONS WITH THE LOWEST MORTGAGE RATE
In 2022, in six regions of the Volga region, DOM.RF involved 25 plots with a total area of 51.3 hectares in turnover for the construction of housing and other facilities. The largest share of them, 33.5 hectares, is in Mordovia. This was stated by the acting director of the DOM.RF division «Urban Planning, Project Support and Infrastructure» Sergey Sumin.
Ekaterina Vlasova, Deputy Head of the Dom.RF analytical center, said that Mordovia was one of the first in the Volga Federal District to completely switch to working with escrow accounts with equity participation in housing construction.
It was also noted that the Republic of Moldova has one of the lowest mortgage interest rates in the country. It is 6.54%.
