Mordovia presented its experience at the PIR Expo
Mordovia Development Corporation, which serves as a support organization for the development of creative industries in the region, participates in the international exhibition of the hospitality industry PIR Expo. The event takes place from October 27 to October 30 in Moscow.
Advisor to the Director General Fatima Gatieva spoke at the expert session "Target model of the food industry: the basis for strategic promotion". In her speech, she presented the experience of Mordovia and shared plans for the development of gastronomy in the region.
During the session, the participants discussed practical aspects of the model's implementation, from business support measures and HR work to the promotion of local brands and the development of gastronomy. Successful cases from various regions were presented and further steps were identified to scale the model to the whole country.
