PRODUCTS FROM MORDOVIA WON PRIZES ON THE INTERNATIONAL EVENT FOR CONFECTIONERY QUALITY REVIEW
The 10th International Event for Confectionery Quality Review called Innovations and Traditions was held in Moscow. The quality of confectionery products produced by enterprises of the Russian Federation and of The Eurasian Economic Union countries, their trends in assortment expansion, new developments, and the confectionery products’ competitiveness growth were evaluated.
Mordovia was represented by the confectionery products of KOLOBOK LLC, presenting the Fruit gingerbread (Fruktovaya kovrizhka), the cream and cocoa roll, the Novotroitsky gingerbread and Honey gingerbread. All of the presented samples won prizes.
