RESIDENT OF TECHNOPARK-MORDOVIA CREATES ODYSSEUS ROBOTIC PLATFORM
The company «SAIBNOVA», which is a resident of Technopark-Mordovia, creates a powerful mobile platform ODYSSEUS, which allows to withstand extreme loads and position the project as the transport of the future. This is reported by the website of the Technopark.
In 2021, the project, having passed the state expertise, was included in the «Cluster of Advanced Production Technologies, Nuclear and Space Technologies» of the Skolkovo Foundation.
It is reported that ODYSSEUS is a mobile platform on wheels, something between a drone and an ATV, which can deliver a load weighing up to 300 kg to almost anywhere in the world in the most extreme conditions - from +50 to -50 degrees. Power sources are rechargeable batteries. The maximum distance in special configurations is 450 km. There are two options: semi-automatic with human presence and fully robotic.
To date, the main task is to produce a viable sample and enter mass production.
