SARANSK HAS BECOME THE BIRTHPLACE OF THE RUSSIAN SMARTPHONE
A presentation of the Russian smartphone R-FON, running on the domestic operating system “ROSA Mobile”, took place in Moscow. The device is scheduled to enter the market in 2024, but at the start of sales it will be available only to corporate clients.
Artyom Zdunov, the Head of Mordovia, announced on his official social media pages that Saransk is the birthplace of the Russian smartphone.
“The full assembly cycle is carried out by the company “Rutek”, and it is produced here, in Mordovia. We are waiting for a smartphone on the Russian market!” wrote the regional leader.
