Saransk has risen in the ranking of cities by the level of PPP development
By the endof 2024, the capital of the Republic of Mordovia rose by three positions in theranking of Russian cities in terms of the development of public-privatepartnership (PPP), taking 161st place. This rating was prepared by VEB.RF incooperation with the National PPP Center.
As part ofthis rating, Saransk received:
- 18.3points for its level of the institutional environment and regulatory framework;
- 3.1points for project experience.
This resultis an important step towards the prosperity of the city. It confirms thatSaransk is confidently moving forward, creating favorable conditions forsuccessful cooperation between business and the state through the use of PPPmechanisms.
