Small technology companies in Mordovia can count on a loan at a reduced rate
Applications are being accepted under the program of concessional lending to small technology companies. You can apply on the digital platform МСП.РФ, which operates under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy". The program is implemented by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation together with the SME Corporation.
Businesses can get a loan at the "key rate minus 7%". Recipients are small technology companies with revenues ranging from 100 million to 4 billion rubles and a revenue growth rate of 10% over two years.
"High-tech businesses create products and solutions that form the foundation for achieving technological leadership - the task set by the Head of State. We see the active growth of small technology companies, and the preferential lending program will allow businesses to implement projects to scale production, increase the volume of products produced, as well as create a scientific and technical reserve for the further development of domestic industry," said Maxim Kolesnikov, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The program provides for 7 billion rubles of credit facilities in 2025 at a "key rate minus 7%", with the Bank of Russia's key rate exceeding 10% per annum. If the Central Bank rate is 10% or lower, loans will be provided at a fixed rate of 3%.
"Small technology companies accumulate the innovative potential of the industry. It is the startups and growing hi-tech companies that most often create breakthrough ideas and new solutions necessary for import substitution and ensuring the country's technological sovereignty. When forming the program architecture, it was possible to achieve the rate parameter actually one-third lower than the current one, with the possibility of its synchronous reduction when the "key rate" is reduced. In the future, the possibility of returning to the rate of 3% is laid down, "said Alexander Isaevich, General Director of the SME Corporation.
The program of concessional lending to high-tech, innovative SMEs is being implemented from April 2022. Since February 1, 2024, the program has been extended to small technology companies, while from August 1, 2024, only small technology companies will be able to apply for preferential loans under this program. Over the period of the program, 286 companies received credit funds of 48.2 billion rubles.
