SPIEF-2024: ARTEM ZDUNOV PRESENTED TO THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE OF RUSSIA A PROJECT FOR THE CREATION OF THE SECOND STAGE OF FIBER OPTIC PRODUCTION
On June 6, during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Head of Mordovia, Artem Zdunov, met with the Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia, Anton Alikhanov. According to the press service of the Head of Mordovia, they discussed the provision of subsidies from the federal budget for the establishment of a full-cycle telecommunications optical fiber production in the republic.
Over the past three years, industrial production in Mordovia has increased by 1.5 times. Currently, there are more than 30 investment projects in the implementation stage.
At the same time, an industrial park called Svetotekhnika and a special economic zone of industrial-production type named Sistema have been established in the region.
