SPIEF-2024: COOPERATION BETWEEN MORDOVIA AND THE AB INBEV EFES COMPANY WILL BE FURTHER DEVELOPED
On June 6, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, a meeting took place between the Head of the Republic of Mordovia and the management of AB InBev Efes JSC. According to the Press Service of the Head of Mordovia, Artem Zdunov and the company's president, Umit Omer Ogun, discussed the development of their cooperation.
Over the past three years, significant work has been done to increase production at the existing brewing and malting facilities in Mordovia. The region has created an entire production cluster that integrates the cultivation of high-quality barley using the best global technologies, the processing and production of malt, and its subsequent use in brewing products.
Agricultural producers in Mordovia are annually increasing the acreage of brewing barley to meet the company's needs. In 2022, AB InBev Efes JSC resumed cooperation with the Ruzaevka Glass Plant. The partnership continues to develop.
