SPIEF-2025: Mordovia and “T Plus” signed an agreement on the development of heat supply in the region
On June 19, on the sidelines of the SPIEF, the Head of the Republic of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov, and Pavel Snikkars, CEO of “T Plus”, signed a cooperation agreement. It lays the foundation for the systematic development of the region's heat supply and contributes to improving the quality of public services.
As part of the agreement, efforts will be combined to prepare for the heating season for a comprehensive inspection of heating networks and timely repair of worn-out areas in Saransk.
"The document signed today is, in fact, a plan of specific measures that will help us ensure the successful passage of the heating season and minimize technological risks on utility networks. The topic of housing and communal services is always sensitive for our residents, so we pay special attention to the stable operation of the fuel and energy complex," said Artem Zdunov, the Head of Mordovia.
In 2025, “T Plus” plans to replace more than 12.5 km of pipelines, taking into account the elimination of defects after temperature and hydraulic tests – they have been conducted since April and will last until September. Also, to ensure reliable supply of heat and hot water to consumers, the Mordovian branch of the company will reconstruct 19 central heating points and carry out repairs in four boiler houses of the city.
According to the agreements reached, the company's investment program and Saransk development plans will be synchronized. This will optimize investments in the modernization of the existing infrastructure.
