SPIEF: Artem Zdunov and Alexey Miller signed a new roadmap
On June 5, on the sidelines of the SPIEF, Artem Zdunov, Head of Mordovia, and Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, signed a new roadmap to expand the use of the region's high-tech products for Gazprom.
The document builds on the previous roadmap and covers 2026-2028. Its goal is to increase the republic's scientific, technical, and industrial potential for the benefit of Gazprom and the Russian fuel and energy sector.
Gazprom and the Republic of Mordovia have been effectively cooperating on roadmaps since 2015. Regional enterprises manufacture a wide range of cable products for Gazprom, as well as power equipment used in electric-driven gas compressor units for gas transportation.
Gazprom is currently interested in Mordovia's production of new types of advanced equipment for the gas transportation infrastructure. These include motor control systems for gas air-cooling units (used before feeding gas into main gas pipelines) and sensors for high-precision monitoring systems for pipelines and process units.
Artem Zdunov and Alexey Miller also discussed the development of gas supply and gasification in Mordovia, as well as the provision of additional gas to consumers.
