SUPPORT FOR INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE REGIONS IS EXPANDING IN RUSSIA
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on softening the conditions for additional capitalization of regional industrial development funds at the expense of federal funds.This will expand the access of enterprises to low-cost loans for replenishment of working capital, and help them retain their staff and production volumes.
With the help of grants from regional development funds, enterprises can compensate up to 90% of the cost of paying interest on loans. Previously, in order to receive compensation, the total amount of obligations of one company under a loan agreement should not exceed 250 million rubles. Now this restriction has been lifted. This will open access to state support for even more enterprises.
In addition, the list of activities for which support can be provided has been expanded. Now it covers enterprises engaged in the production of photographic plates and films, chemical compositions for photographs, inks, lubricants and additives for them, antifreeze and a number of other chemical products.
