The 4th Annual Land Forum “Mastor” was held in Saransk
The fourth annual Land Forum “Mastor” took place in Saransk. It was organised by the Government of the Republic of Mordovia with the support of the Regional Development Corporation. The event brought together representatives of federal and regional authorities, the business community, and the academic sphere, as well as delegates from five countries: the Republic of Belarus, the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The opening ceremony was held at the Yaushev State Opera and Ballet Theatre. The key topic of this year’s plenary session was sustainable development in the land and property sector: balancing openness, digitalisation, and information security.
For the first time in four years, the forum’s programme included a dedicated session on investment activities. International participants shared their practical experience in engaging with investors. As Fatima Gatiyeva, Deputy General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Mordovia, noted, the international practices presented have already been adopted to support territorial development and enhance the region’s investment attractiveness.
On the second day of the forum, participants were offered a business simulation exercise, which allowed them to test new approaches under conditions as close as possible to real‑world scenarios. The forum concluded with a friendly match featuring Russian football stars Alexander Mostovoy and Ruslan Pimenov.
