The Business Battle competition has kicked off in Mordovia

Day event was held in Mordovia as part of the Business Battle project. The
event summarized the results of the qualifying round and identified the most
promising business ideas for further implementation.
The meeting was moderated by Fatima Gatyeva, Advisor to the General Director Mordovia Development Corporation.
The competition received 150 applications. The projects covered a variety of fields: technology, medicine, tourism, agriculture, family business, and social initiatives.
An expert jury selected 20 finalists. A mentoring program was launched to support them. Participants will receive assistance in market analysis, marketing strategy development, and business plans.
Leading regional entrepreneurs served as mentors: Alexander Zemchenko, Evgeny Sidorov, Alexey Steshin, Igor Egorov, and Sergey Shishikin. Each selected four startups to receive expert advice.
The remaining business ideas were offered to regional agencies for support, each according to their area of expertise. This will help support aspiring entrepreneurs and harness their creativity for the development of Mordovia.
The final stage of the Business Battle is scheduled for spring 2026.
