THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION HAS EXPANDED THE MECHANISM OF SUPPORT FOR INDUSTRIAL PARKS AND TECHNOPARKS
The Government of the Russian Federation has increased the amount of compensation provided to regions and investors for the creation, modernization and reconstruction of the infrastructure of industrial parks and technology parks. The decree was signed by Mikhail Mishustin, the Prime Minister.
First of all, the amount of such compensations for the management companies of private parks has been increased from 50 to 75%. At the same time, the list of reimbursable expenses for the management companies of state-owned industrial parks has been expanded. Now this list includes the costs of financial support for the payment of principal and interest on loans taken by management companies.
In addition, the maximum volume of regions' reimbursable expenses for the creation and development of park infrastructure, both state and private ownership, has been doubled.
Now it will reach 30 million rubles per 1 hectare of the total area of the industrial park and 120 thousand rubles per 1 square kilometers of the total area of technopark buildings.
