THE GOVERNMENT WILL ALLOCATE ALMOST 900 MILLION RUBLES TO SUPPORT FARMERS IN THE REGIONS
A number of regions will receive additional funding to support agricultural producers by the end of 2022. The order on the distribution of 899 million rubles for these purposes was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The funds will be sent to 22 regions that have declared such a need, including the Republic of Mordovia. The decision will additionally support farmers in these regions. In particular, they are compensated for part of the costs of production and sale of agricultural products, as well as for its insurance. In total, more than 32.8 billion rubles were allocated from the federal budget for these purposes in 2022.
The work is carried out within the framework of the State Program for the Development of Agriculture.
