The Head of Mordovia held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation
On May 15, on the sidelines of the XVI International Economic Forum "Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum", the Head of Mordovia Artem Zdunov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation Ahmed Abdulrahman Mahmoud Ismail Al-Saati. Dmitry Glushko, Rector of Ogarev Mordovia State University, took part in the meeting.
Mordovian State University is preparing to conclude an agreement on strategic cooperation with Bahraini companies. It will be aimed, among other things, at the implementation of joint programs, research and scientific and educational projects. Earlier, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation expressed interest in training specialists in Russian, biotechnology, information technology, pharmaceuticals and medicine.
In addition, an agreement on the promotion of biotechnological products to the Persian Gulf market was reached.
The meeting also discussed the supply of products from Mordovian enterprises to the Kingdom of Bahrain. In particular, they discussed the supply of plywood, flexible solar modules, automated storage systems and mobile workshops.
The parties agreed to continue business contacts within the framework of the upcoming business mission of Bahraini entrepreneurs to Russia.
