THE PARAMETERS OF INDUSTRIAL MORTGAGES HAVE BEEN APPROVED IN RUSSIA
An industrial mortgage program is being launched in Russia – providing preferential loans to enterprises for the purchase of real estate for industrial production. The resolution approving the parameters of the new support instrument was signed by Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.
Loans under the industrial mortgage program will be issued for up to seven years at a preferential rate of 5% per annum. For technology companies, the rate will be even lower – 3% per annum.
The maximum loan amount will be 500 million rubles.
