THE PROGRAM OF PREFERENTIAL INVESTMENT LOANS HAS BEEN EXTENDED AND EXPANDED
Small and medium-sized businesses will continue to receive preferential loans for investment purposes in 2023 at 2.5 and 4% per annum under the «1764» program. It is being implemented within the framework of the national project «Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship».
The volume of the preferential investment lending program for 2023 has been doubled compared to last year and amounts to 100 billion rubles. The list of industries whose representatives can use loans has also been expanded. In addition to processing enterprises, logistics and hotels, businesses in such areas as science, architecture and engineering tests will be able to receive preferential loans.
According to economy.gov.ru, the preferential lending program was launched in August last year. During this time, over 450 investment projects of small and medium-sized businesses have received loans totaling more than 38 billion rubles. Thanks to this support, more than 300 companies have already launched their projects, and a number of enterprises will start it in the near future.
